I am Stephanie Goldsberry and I manage the partnership known as Goldsberry Rentals. The other partner is my husband, Judge L. Alan Goldsberry. We purchased our first rental property around 1970 and have accumulated several units since then. During those years we raised three children who attended and graduated from three different colleges. Consequently, I developed some knowledge of rentals for students and others in university communities. My husband has been an advisor to a fraternity for most of these years and thus we have accumulated some knowledge of Greek housing. Recently, I retired from my daytime position to spend more time working with the Goldsberry Rentals properties and working with the brokerage firm known as Athens Realty. In the latter capacity, I manage some rental units for others and I list and sell real estate.

The website will give you an idea of what kind of rental property our partnership owns and manages. None of the units are newly constructed buildings, but they are well maintained, in unique and interesting locations, and for the most part possess some charm and character. The largest site was developed in a school building. One downtown site in on Court Street and in that was once a flour mill. We have several properties in the Clearview area. I think these are all in a very attractive residential setting with yards and neighbors with yards.
